Overview
This was one of the most overrated cities I've visited in recent years. It's really not that different from a typical European city. The biggest disappointment was that Oxford University doesn't have an actual campus, where Stanford is, where Harvard is, and then there's Oxford.
We managed to visit the city on the one day the Science Museum was closed, which was genuinely unfortunate since it might have been the most worthwhile attraction in town.
Christ Church wasn't bad, but when you factor in the admission price, it may not be worth it. If you're on a tight budget, skip it. Actually, skipping Oxford entirely might be the best move, go to a random London neighborhood instead and you'll probably enjoy yourself more.
